Historical cross from Rhodododendron. fortunei x Rhododod. ron thomsonii. This plant grows to about 1,5 m. The flower colour is deep pink. This plant is hardy.The flowering period is April - May.

This plant belongs in group A2 : up to 4 m or more, leaves usually much longer than 10 cm, flowertrusses 20 cm or more
