Remains small. Japanese Tolerates sunny, rich, acid soil. The size after 10 years is 80 cm. The flower colour is red. This plant is completely hardy.

This plant belongs in group C2 : up to 1 m high and as wide, leaves small, 2-5 cm long, flowers funnel-shaped in small trusses
