Struikje, op warme plaats late bloeier, droge standplaats. want natte voeten in de winter is funest voor deze droogteresistente nazomerbloeiende struik.. De hoogte na 10 jaar is 50 cm. De bloemkleur is blauw. Deze plant is matig winterhard. De bloeiperiode is augustus - oktober.
