Slangenhuid-esdoorn met opvallend helderrode wintertakken. Misschien wel de mooiste Esveld introductie. Verlangt een luchtige grond en veel liefde van de tuinier.. De hoogte na 10 jaar is 3 meter. De bladkleur is lichtgroen. Deze plant is goed winterhard.
