TERMS OF SALE

GENERAL

The following terms are an integral part of all agreements and are agreed upon by the act of ordering. This offer is without obligation and supersedes all our previous catalogues and other offers. All previous stipulations on discounts are no longer valid.

PRICES

Prices are indicated in EURO. All prices are given excluding VAT (at the moment of appearance of this catalogue 6%) and also including VAT. The VAT will be added to all sales to customers of the EU unless a VAT registration number is provided at the moment of placing the order. Prices in the Garden Center always include the VAT. Due to the EU regulations this VAT cannot be avoided in the Garden Center. Orders shipped outside the EU will not be charged any VAT. The prices mentioned in this catalogue for books are including VAT.

Price changes can occur, but will be avoided as much as possible. If VAT rates or other government rates change prices will change accordingly. The catalogue as it appears on our Internet site www.esveld.nl/engels.htm is always the valid one, all changes are listed there.

DISCOUNTS

A discount of 10% is given on the quoted prices for orders of 5 to 9 of the same variety and size.
A discount of 20% is given on the quoted prices for orders of 10 to 24 of the same variety and size.
A discount of 30% is given on the quoted prices for orders of 25 to 99 of the same variety and size.
A discount of 40% is given on orders of 100 or more of the same variety and size.
This discount is not applicable to the prices quoted for books and those for the perennials.

Also no discounts are applicable for the Garden Center, they are only for plants ordered beforehand. In the Garden Center each plant is labeled individually and priced including VAT.

On a number of plants commonly used for hedges we have calculated the prices very competitively. There is a special discount system for these to make the prices attractive in all quantities. The special discount system: for quantities of 1 to 9 no discount, for quantities of 10 to 99 the discount is 10% and for quantities of 100 or more the discount is 20%.
This special discount system is valid only for the plants listed here: Acer campestre, Buxus microphylla 'Faulkner', Buxus sempervirens, Buxus sempervirens 'Suffruticosa', Carpinus betulus, Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Columnaris'. Cupressocyparis leylandii, Cupressocyparis leylandii 'Castlewellan Gold', Fagus sylvatica, Fagus sylvatica purpurea, Hedera helix, Hedera hibernica, Ligustrum ovalifolium, Ligustrum vulgare 'Atrovirens', Ligustrum vulgare 'Lodense', Prunus laurocerasus 'Caucasica', Prunus laurocerasus 'Reynvaanii', Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia', Taxus baccata, Taxus media 'Hicksii', Taxus media 'Hillii', Thuja occidentalis, Thuja occidentalis 'Brabant', Thuja occidentalis 'Smaragd', Thuja plicata 'Atrovirens'.

PAYMENT

All accounts are due 14 days net after date of invoice, except when specifically mentioned otherwise on the invoice. 1% interest per month will be charged on overdue accounts. All collecting charges are at purchaser's expense. New orders will not be executed until all previous due invoices have been paid. All goods delivered remain our property intul payment in full is received.

Payment can be made to our account with the ABN-AMRO Bank, Boskoop, account number 46.95.21.597 (IBAN: NL32ABNA0469521597, BIC: ABNANL2A), or to our postcheque-account 1315055; or by cheque or cash when collecting your plants. All cheques should be made payable to Firma C. Esveld, Boskoop and expressed in EURO please.

Personal cheques will only be accepted with a fee of EURO 15.-- to cover bank fees. Credit Card payments can be accepted, but ONLY in de Garden Centre when used electronically, they can NOT be accepted by mail. You can also use our secure Internet server at www.esveld.nl/forms/pay.html if you want to use your creditcard for a payment to us.

PICKING UP / SHIPMENT

We generally ship our orders yearround, except when the weather does not permit it. In summer the risks are higher, we try to avoid hot weather, but we can not be held responsible for losses due to hot conditions during transit. We can not ship during frost periods.

It is of course possible to collect plants during our opening hours.

Extreme weather conditions can cause damage to certain plants, also to already sold and confirmed, but not yet delivered plants. In those circumstances we are not obliged to supply.

Orders to be picked up will be in the Garden Centre.

Shipping orders with a value found below EURO 150.-- can be charged with EURO 10.-- for handling. Shipping to countries outside Europe: see also below.

Collecting your ordered plants is possible during the above periods to save packing cost. Shipping very small quantities is extremely expensive and should be avoided if possible. We only send small orders if the customer agrees to cover the cost, which can amount to 100% of the value of the plants or even more.

SHIPPING

All goods are sent at purchaser's risk and expense from seller's nursery. The plants will be professionally packed and packing material will be charged to the buyer at cost.

Shipments containing only one or a very few large plants are very difficult, expensive and risky for damage. These orders are not executed unless the buyer explicitly accepts the high costs and risks.

Any questions about the shipping should be directed to us. It however may take a day to answer questions on for instance the whereabouts of a shipment. For indications of shipping costs see our website.

Large packing material (like crates and pallets) cannot be taken back, unless brought back by the purchaser without cost to us and undamaged.

All extra charges like cost of examination by the Phytosanitary Service will be for buyer's account. The charge for this service is 2% of the amount of the invoice with a minimum of EURO 100.-- and is mandatory for all exported plants outside the EU except Switzerland. Costs due to other Governmental regulations will be charged to the buyer.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints re the quality of the plants can only be accepted within one month of receipt of the goods, in writing only. Complaints re the transport must be made immediately upon receipt and on the CMR that accompanies each shipment, in writing only to us and to the shipping company. We can mediate with the insurance company if you give full details on damaged plants and the circumstances in which the damage occurred. No complaint will be honored without proof of purchase!

OTHER

When an order placed is cancelled by the customer we have the right to a damage payment. If the cancellation arrives longer than a month before the planned delivery date the damage payment will be equal to 15% of the value of the cancelled order. If the cancellation comes within a month but longer than 2 weeks before the planned delivery date the damage payment will be equal to 25%; if the cancellation comes within 2 weeks of the planned delivery date the damage payment will be 50% of the value of the cancelled order.

In all cases where the above terms of sale do not apply the terms of the Dutch Plant Exporter's Association apply. A copy of these terms can be obtained from the Secretary, Wassenaarseweg 9, 2596 CD Den Haag, Netherlands.

ABBREVIATIONS

Some abbreviations and symbols have been used:

pot = All plants marked 'pot' are containergrown. The sizes of these varieties are not relevant. Many of these have to be pruned back in spring, like many summer-flowering shrubs. The length of climbers like Clematis is not relevant as well. If applicable the sizes are mentioned, even if the plants are containergrown. Our range of varieties is very wide, making it impossible to list all container sizes. Unless noted, the minimum container size is 14 cm.

B/L = Limited supply, the number of plants available is limited and often sold out early in the season. It is often not possible to get these varieties at one of our suppliers.

-/- = Rarity or novelty, not yet in cultivation. These varieties are only incidentally. It is sometimes possible to supply one plant, if ordered very early. We look for and introduce new varieties regularly. We like to publish these names as soon as possible. If you want, we can put your wishes on a waiting list. Our computer system allows us to do so.

DT = Half standard, length of the stem is 120 centimeters (4 feet). We use this also for lower standards like dwarf forms of Salix, Euonymus etc. grafted on 60-80 cm. Most half standards have a circumference of 5-6 or 6-8 cm.

HT = Full standard, length of the stem is 180-200 cm (6-7 feet). Circumference is ususally 6-8 or 8-10 cm. For larger sizes we charge higher prices. Prices for these are on demand.

(00/00) Months in which the plant normally flowers. In those cases where other features of the plant are more important (like the fruit) months in which these other features are there.

Examples: (05/06) = flowers in May and June
(08) = flowers in August

Please note that these are always estimates, this is not an exact science as it is often highly dependent on all sorts of conditions, like weather and soil.

SIZES

The sizes are indicated in centimeters and must be applied to the height or the diameter of the plant depending on its habitus.

We supply a well-grown shrub in those cases that no size is indicated.

If a certain size is not available we will, if possible, supply a plant of a higher or lower size.

SUBSTITUTE VARIETIES

Sometimes we get orders for plants already sold out. It is often possible to substitute such varieties with very similar ones. If you won't allow any substitute please indicate this on your order.

WAITING LIST

It is possible to have plants not available on our waiting list. If and when the plant becomes available we will supply it automatically, if possible combined with a new order. Please indicate clearly on your order if you want to use this service. If it is not indicated on your order, unavailable plants will not be placed on the waiting list.

WINTER HARDINESS

We do not indicate the hardiness of our plants as our customers are widespread all over Europe and the rest of the world. The climatic conditions are too different.

EXPLANATION OF THE WAY OF LISTING OF THE PLANTS IN THIS CATALOGUE

All plants except the Rhododendrons and the Perennials in this catalogue are listed in the same way. The method of listing is described here. For the method of listing of the Rhododendrons and the perennials, see the applicable chapters.

The first line for each genus contains the following:

1. The name of the genus. Always in a large font and bold.

2. Name of the family it belongs to. Always normal font and in brackets.

When good literature is available for this genus, it is mentioned and priced here.

Directly below this line is a line with general information on the genus in a few keywords.

Below this line the individual species and cultivars are listed. Each line consists of 6 columns.

1. 'Name'-column. The name of the species or cultivar. Always printed in bold letters. Where commonly used, but invalid names are known these are given in normal letters and the correct name is given.

2. 'Information'-column. Here some characteristics of the plant are given, for example colour, flowering period etc. This information is not translated in English due to space limitations. For the translation of the colours and several other widely used words see page 24. Also some common names are given, in Dutch only, which can not be translated.

3. 'Availability'-column. This column contains either nothing, B/L or -/-. B/L means limited availability, -/- means that this plant is only occasionally available.

4. 'Size'-column. The size of each plant is expressed in centimeters when delivered, not how big it will become. According to the habitus of the individual plant it gives the height or width of the plant. Where no size or just 'pot' is given, the size has no influence on the selling price of the plant.

5. 'Price excluding VAT'-column. Price each excluding VAT for orders of 1 to 4 of the same variety. For the discount structure see below.

6. 'Price including VAT'-column. Price each including VAT for orders of 1 to 4 of the same variety. For the discount structure see below.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee all plants to be true to name. Help us as much as you can in describing the wrongly labeled plants, or even better, bring them back. In the past we learned that there can be much confusion about plant names.

Nobody can guarantee regrowth, and neither can we. However we are always willing to help find a solution if plants are badly damaged.

We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by frost or any other extreme weather conditions.

EXPORT to all countries outside Europe and to Russia

It is in principle possible to ship plants to all countries.

The regulations of the Phytosanitary Services must always be observed; the importation of soil e.g. is almost always prohibited. If so all plants must be washed and cleaned carefully, which is virtually impossible to do in such a way that guarantees that all plants will survive. Therefore no responsibility for losses can be taken by us. Also the cost of washing and packing is so high, that it becomes prohibitive, especially on small orders. Another factor is that we do not have the capability to wash ourselves. There is a nursery in Boskoop that does have this capability, we can arrange for you to perform this job.

Due to the very high costs involved and the risks we must ask for a prepayment for orders to be washed. The amount to be prepaid is the total of the order plus 100% for the washing and packing and shipping C.I.F. If the value of the order is higher than EURO 2500.-- then the surcharge is 85%. If the value of the order is EURO 5000.-- or higher then the surcharge is 70%. Unfortunately due to the high cost of washing and shipping it is not possible to ship orders below EURO 1000,--, unless the customer is willing to pay the minimum surcharge, which is EURO 1000.--. Please wait with your prepayment until we have confirmed your order.

No shipments will be done without prepayment. You will be either debited or credited for the difference (if any) between your prepayment and the actual cost of the order including washing, handling, inspection and shipping.

Shipping usually takes place in December or early spring, depending on weather conditions and destination.

There is a list of plants not allowed entry into Canada, the U.S.A., Russia, Australia, Japan and many other countries. We can give you more information on request.

An import permit is almost always necessary. This permit, the green/yellow labels (USA) or the permit number (Canada, Australia) should be sent to us with your order if possible.

It is not possible to send any plants to most countries outside Europe and to Russia without an Import Licence. We need this at least one month before the shipping date.

Sending shipments outside Europe has proven to be extremely difficult because of the way the Customs treats shipments with plants. They tend to take several weeks to clear a shipment, sometimes charging high costs for no apparent reason. Also regulations tend to suddenly change, sometimes even unnanounced. Also, even if the shipment has all the necessary paperwork and have been thoroughly inspected and certified to be free of all pests and diseases by the Dutch Phytosanitary Service local Phytosanitary Services may rule otherwise and take plants out of a shipment. We can NEVER take any responsibility for any such incidents! Also we can NEVER be held responsible for losses sustained during transit of a shipment even if the shipment is delayed for any reason whatsoever! 35.4pt' alink="#ff0000">

HANDELSBEDINGUNGEN

ALLGEMEINES

Alle Angebote sind stets freibleibend. Mit diesem Katalog werden alle früheren Ausgaben ungültig, bisher gewährte Rabatte und Vergünstigungen entfallen.

PREISE

Alle Preise sind in Euro und immer als Einzelstückpreise angegeben. Preisänderungen sind nicht ausgeschlossen, werden aber nach Möglichkeit vermieden.

Alle Preise sind ohne Mehrwertsteuer (Zur Zeit 6%). Die Mwst wird berechnet bei allen Rechnungen von Kunden aus dem EG Raum, es sei denn, dass uns bei der Bestellung eine Mwst-Registrierungsnummer mitgeteilt wurde. Die Preise im Gartencenter sind immer einschliesslich Mwst.; wegen den EG-Vorschriften ist dies unvermeidlich. Bestellungen ausserhalb des EG-Raumes sind immer steuerfrei. Die Preise für Stauden und Bücher sind inklusive Mwst.

RABATTE

Wir gewähren die folgende Rabatte:
10% Rabatt auf den Listenpreis bei Bestellungen von 5 - 9 Stück der gleichen Sorte und Grösse.
20% Rabatt auf den Listenpreis bei Bestellungen von 10 - 24 Stück der gleichen Sorte und Grösse.
30% Rabatt auf den Listenpreis bei Bestellungen von 25 - 99 Stück der gleichen Sorte und Grösse.
40% Rabatt auf den Listenpreis bei Bestellungen von über 100 Stück der gleichen Sorte und Grösse.

In unserem Gartencenter werden keine Rabatte gewährt, da jede Pflanze dort einzeln etikettiert ist.

Wir können keine Rabatte gewähren auf Bücher- und Staudenbestellungen.

Ein spezielles Rabattsystem gilt für einige Sorten von Heckenpflanzen:

BEZAHLUNG

Rechnungen sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Rechnungsdatum ohne Abzug fällig. Danach wird 1% Verzugszins pro Monat berechnet. Neue Bestellungen können nur ausgeliefert werden, wenn alle Rechnungen des vorigen Jahres beglichen wurden. Alle gelieferte Ware bleiben unseres Eigentum bis Bezahlung erhalten ist.

Zahlungen erbitten wir auf unsere Konten: 46.95.21.597, ABN-AMRO Bank Boskoop (IBAN: NL32ABNA0469521597. BIC: ABNANL2A), Postbank-Konto 1315055 (Arnhem), per Verrechnungsscheck oder als Barzahlung beim Abholen der Pflanzen. Verrechnungschecks werden nur mit einem Zuschlag von Euro 15.- akzeptiert, da die Bank uns diesen Betrag als Spesen berechnet. Alle Schecks müssen in Euro ausgestellt sein. Kreditkarten können nur im Gartencenter akzeptiert werden oder durch unsere Internetseite www.esveld.nl/forms/pay.html (diese Seite ist auf englisch).

LIEFERN / ABHOLEN

Normalerweise werden die Aufträge, wenn das Wetter es zulässt, zwischen dem 1. Oktober und dem 15. Dezember, dem 15. Februar und dem 30. April ausgeliefert. Nach dem 30. April erfolgt kein Versand mehr. Das Versandrisiko ist durch die höheren Temperaturen zu hoch, und unsere Pflanzenbestände sind zu diesen Zeitpunkt auch meistens weitgehend erschöpft.

Das Selbstabholen von Kleinbestellungen ist ratsam, man spart zu dem die Verpackungs- und Versandkosten. Abholen ist von Montag bis Samstag zu den Geschäftszeiten möglich. Das Selbstauswäen im Gartencenter ist selbstverständlich während des ganzen Jahres möglich.

Besonders sei darauf hingewiesen, dass bei kleineren Sendungen die Versandkosten manchmal höher sein können als der Pflanzenwert.

VERSAND

Der Versand erfolgt auf Rechnung und Gefahr des Bestellers. Die Aufträge nach Deutschland werden zentral zu einem Verteilzentrum gesandt und von dort aus weitertransportiert. Weitere Auskünfte werden erteilt durch uns und wenn notwendig werden Ihre Fragen an die Spedition weitergeleitet.

Die Verpackung wird fachmännisch und sorgfältig ausgeführt und dem Besteller zum Selbstkostenpreis berechnet. Verpackungsmaterial aus dem Ausland wird nur zurückgenommen, wenn es frachtfrei und unbeschädigt an uns zurückgeschickt wurde.

Alle Nebenkosten, wie beispielsweise die Untersuchung durch den Pflanzengesundheitsdienst, gehen zu Lasten des Käufers. Für das Gesundheitszeugnis berechnen wir 2% des Rechnungsbetrages, mit einem Minimum von Euro 100.--. Ein Gesundheitszeugnis ist für Sendungen innerhalb der EG und der Schweiz nicht mehr notwendig. Kosten für den Pflanzenpass werden weiterberechnet.

Der Transport von grossen Pflanzen ist teuer und riskant.

Ungünstige Wetterverhältnisse können beträchtliche Ausfälle verursachen, auch bei bereits verkauften, aber noch nicht gelieferten Pflanzen. Die Lieferungspflicht entfällt in solchen Fällen.

MÄNGEL UND SCHÄDEN

Reklamationen, die die Pflanzenqualität betreffen, müssen uns innerhalb eines Monats nach Empfang der Ware schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Transportmängel bitte so schnell wie möglich mit genauen Angaben über die Art des Schadens melden. Wir werden die Angelegenheit sofort an die Versicherungsgesellschaft weiterleiten. Aber bitte in jeden Fall unbedingt einen Vermerk auf den Frachtbrief schreiben, ohne diesen wird jeglicher Schadenersatz abgelehnt!

VERSCHIEDENES

Bei Stornierung einer Bestellung können wir Schadenersatz berechnen. Wenn eine Stornierung länger als 1 Monat vor dem Lieferdatum eintrifft, können wir 15% der Auftragsumme in Rechnung bringen. Bei Stornierungen innerhalb eines Monats können 25% und innerhalb 2 Wochen 50% als Schadenersatz berechnet werden. Annulierungen innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Bestelldatum sind spesenfrei.

Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, sind die Verkaufs- und Versandbedingungen der Mitglieder des Holländischen Pflanzen Export Verbandes gültig.

ABKÜRZUNGEN

Wir benutzten folgende Abkürzungen und Symbole:

pot : Diese Pflanzen sind Containerpflanzen. Die Grösse dieser Pflanze ist unwesentlich, denn viele dieser Pflanzen sollten ohnehin zurückgeschnitten werden, um sich besser zu verzweigen.

B/L : Nur beschränkt lieferbar, oft schon am Anfang der Saison vergriffen.

-/- : Neuheiten oder Seltenheiten, von denen noch kein Vorrat vorhanden ist. Nur bei sehr frühzeitiger Bestellung, kann es sein, dass wir etwas davon abgeben können. Auf Wunsch notieren wir diese Pflanzen auf unserer Warteliste. Unser Computersystem registriert dies tadellos.

DT : Halbstamm, Stammhöhe 120 cm. Wir verwenden diese Abkürzung auch für Zwerggehölze auf Stamm von 60-100 cm. Die meisten Halbstämme haben einen Umfang von 5-6 oder 6-8 cm.

HT : Hochstamm, Stammhöhe 180-200 cm. Stammumfang meistens 6-8 oder 8-10 cm. Bäume in schwereren Grössen sind häufig auch lieferbar, Preise auf Anfrage.

(00/00) : Blütezeit. Die Ziffern in Klammern zeigen die Blütezeit an: z. B.: (07/09) = Juli - September. (08) = August.

ERSATZSORTEN

Es kommt vor, dass eine bestimmte Sorte ausverkauft ist. Oft haben wir sehr ähnliche oder gleichwertige Sorten zur Verfügung. Wenn Sie keinen Ersatz wünschen, bitten wir Sie, dies deutlich zu vermerken.

GRÖSSEN

Die Grössen sind in Zentimetern angegeben und beziehen sich auf Höhe oder Durchmesser einer Pflanze, je nach Wuchsform.

Wenn keine Grösse angegeben ist, wird eine gesunde, gutgewachsene Pflanze geliefert. Weitaus die meisten Freilandpflanzen werden mit Ballen geliefert.

Wenn die bestellte Grösse nicht vorhanden ist, wird, wenn möglich, die nächst kleinere oder grössere Grösse geliefert.

WINTERHÄRTE

Wir können keine verbindlichen Angaben zur Winterhärte unserer Pflanzen machen, da unser Kundenkreis sich weltweit erstreckt. Die Klimabedingungen sind zu unterschiedlich. Bitte informieren Sie sich hierüber in der einschlägigen Literatur.

WARTELISTE

Es ist möglich, nicht lieferbare Pflanzen auf einer Warteliste vorzumerken. Sobald eine solche Pflanze erhältlich ist, werden wir sie automatisch liefern, nach Möglichkeit zusammen mit einer neuen Bestellung von Ihnen. Bitte geben Sie deutlich an, ob Sie dies wünschen.

GARANTIE

Wir garantieren die Sortenechtheit bis zur Höhe des Rechnungsbetrages. Sie helfen uns sehr, wenn Sie begründen, warum Sie an der Sortenechtheit einer Pflanze zweifeln. Bitte beschreiben Sie die Pflanze so gut wie möglich, oder besser, bringen Sie die Pflanze zurück!

Eine Anwachsgarantie kann niemand geben, auch wir nicht. Wir sind aber immer bereit, bei wirklich grösseren Schäden zusammen mit Ihnen eine Lösung zu finden.

Frostschäden können wir in keinem Fall übernehmen.

ERKLÄRUNG DER PFLANZENBESCHREIBUNGEN.

Alle Pflanzen, mit Ausnahme der Rhododendren und Stauden, wurden in diesem Katalog auf die gleiche Art und Weise aufgenommen.

Für die Rhododendren und Stauden, siehe dort. Der Aufbau besteht aus mehreren Teilen:

Auf der ersten Zeile jeder Gattung steht:

1. Der Gattungsname. Immer fett gedruckt und mit grösseren Buchstaben.

2. Der Familienname. Dieser Name steht immer hinter dem Gattungsnamen in Klammern. Wenn es einen inzwischen ungültigen Namen gibt, der noch oft verwendet wird, wird dieser Namen auch angegeben. Wenn zu einer Gattung gute Literatur erhältlich ist, wird dies direkt nach dem Gattungsnamen angegeben, sofern das Buch in unserer Buchhandlung vorrätig ist.

Auf der nächsten Zeile stehen einige Stichwörter, die zur Anwendung kommen bei der betreffende Gattung. Dies sind nur allgemeine Kennzeichen der Gattung.

Jede Pflanze wird mit den folgenden Spalten beschrieben:

1. 'Namen'-Spalte. Art- oder Sortenname der Pflanze. Immer fett gedruckt. Wenn es ein Synonym des Pflanzennames gibt, das noch oft verwendet wird, wird dieses (nicht fett) zwischen Klammern angegeben.

2. 'Kennzeichen'-Spalte. Hier werden, soweit möglich einige Eigenschaften der Pflanze angegeben, wie Blütenfarbe, Blütezeit, und eventuell der niederländische Volksname.

3. 'Verfügbarkeit'-Spalte. Diese Spalte enthält entweder nichts oder die Zeichen B/L oder -/- . B/L bedeutet 'beschränkt lieferbar', -/- bedeutet, dass die betreffende Pflanze nur sehr selten erhältlich ist.

4. 'Grössen'-Spalte. Die Grösse einer Pflanze bei der Lieferung wird in cm angegeben. Je nach Wuchsform wird die Pflanze in der Höhe oder in der Breite gemessen.Wo keine Grösse angegeben wird, oder nur 'pot', ist dies nicht wichtig für die Feststellung des Verkaufspreises.

5. 'Preis exklusive Mwst.'-Spalte. Preis pro Stück, ohne Mwst, bei Abnahme von 1-4 Pflanzen der gleichen Sorte und Grösse. Bei Abnahme von grösseren Mengen gilt ein Rabattsystem (siehe dort).

6. 'Preis inklusive Mwst.'-Spalte. Preis pro Stück, die Mwst jetzt eingeschlossen, bei Abnahme von 1-4 Pflanzen der gleichen Sorte und Grösse. Bei Abnahme von grösseren Mengen gilt ein Rabattsystem (siehe dort). 35.4pt' alink="#ff0000">

PRIX.

Cette offre est sans engagement et tous les catalogues précédents ne sont plus valables. Tous les prix et rabais précédents ne sont plus applicables.

Les prix s'entendent en EURO.

Tous les prix s'entendent hors TVA (au moment de la parution de ce catalogue 6%) et aussi TVA y compris. La TVA sera ajoutée aux factures pour les clients habitant la CE, sauf si le client nous a fait connaître son numéro de TVA. Les prix à la jardinerie s'entendent toujours TVA comprise, grâce aux règles de la CE il n'est pas possible d'éviter cela. Les prix pour les livres et les fougères sont TVA comprise.

RABAIS

Nous offrons un rabais de 10% sur les articles prises par 5 à 9 par variété et taille.
Nous offrons un rabais de 20% sur les articles prises par 10 à 24 par variété et taille.
Nous offrons un rabais de 30% sur les articles prises par 25 à 99 par variété et taille
Nous offrons un rabais de 40% sur les articles prises par un quantité de 100 et plus.

Les prix dans la jardinerie sont des prix nets, chaque plante est étiquettée séparement et munie d'un prix net. Il n'y a pas de rabais dans la jardinerie.

Ces rabais ne sont pas applicables aux vivaces, graminées, fougères et aux livres.

Pour certaines variétées de plantes pour haies il y a une système de rabais spéciale. La liste des plantes est: Acer campestre, Buxus microphylla 'Faulkner', Buxus sempervirens, Buxus sempervirens 'Suffruticosa', Carpinus betulus, Chamaecyparis lawsoniana 'Columnaris'. PAIEMENT

Les factures sont payables dans les 14 jours, sans déduction. En cas de paiement retardé, nous ajouterons un intérêt de 1% par mois au montant de la facture. Les nouvelles commandes sont seulement executées si les factures de l'année précédente sont réglées.Les paiements peuvent être effectués sur notre compte 46.95.21.597, ABN-AMRO bank, Boskoop, NL (IBAN: NL32ABNA0469521597, BIC: ABNANL2A), sur compte de chèque postal 1315055, par chèque ou comptant pendant votre visite. Les chèques seulement en EURO svp. Les Cartes de Crédit sont seulement acceptées dans la jardinerie.

DATE D'EXPEDITION

Nous exécutons les commandes confirmées entre le 1er octobre et le 15 décembre et entre le 15 février et le 30 avril, si le temps le permet. Nous expédierons aucune commande aprês le 30 avril, le risque devient trop grand et le stock est souvent déjà fort limité.

Nous vous recommandons de prendre les petites commandes vous-même Il est extrèmement couteux de faire transporter les petits envois. Les frais pour ces envois peuvent atteindre le prix des plantes ou même plus. Nous enverrons seulement les petits envois si le client est d'accord de payer ces frais de port.

EXPEDITION

Les frais d'expédition et du transport sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Les commandes pour la France sont expédiées chaque lundi pendant la saison. Nous pouvons vous donner toutes informations nécessaires. Les transports en Suisse s'effectuent par des camions directs en Suisse romande. Les frais d'emballage sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Les plantes sont emballées soigneusement et professionellement. Les frais supplémentaires, comme les charges phytosanitaires par le Service Phytosanitaire sont à la charge de l'acheteur, soit 2% de la facture pour le certificat avec un minimum de EURO 100.--. Cette charge n'est pas toujours applicable. Les frais pour le passeport de plantes sera chargés à l'acheteur ainsi que les frais de l'assurance.

Les petits envois de grosses plantes sont tres couteux et risqué.

Les commandes pour expédition de moins de EURO 150.-- peuvent être majorées d'une somme de EURO 10.--. Les conditions climatologiques dans nos pépinières peuvent, dans certains cas, endommager des plantes déjà vendues, mais pas encore livrées. Dans de telles conditions nous n'avons pas l'obligation de livraison, même si la commande est confirmée.

FAITS DIVERS

Une annulation de commande nous donne le droit de vous facturer une dedonmagement, soit 50% si l'annulation arrive moins de 2 semaines avant la date de livraison; 25% en cas de 1 mois et 15% en cas de plus d'in mois en avant.

Toute réclamation sur la qualité des plantes doit être faite dans un délai d'un mois. Les réclamations de transport doivent se faire le plus vite possible. Chaque lot est assuré contre les risques et périls du transport. Veuillez indiquer les dégâts soigneusement, par écrit. Nous informerons l'assurance sans retard.

ABREVIATIONS

Nous avons utilisé quelques abrévations:

pot = La plante est cultivée en pot ou en conteneur. La taille de ces plantes n'est pas importante. Souvent il est nécessaire de rabattre ces arbustes au printemps, comme tous les arbustes fleurissants en été.

B/L = Stock limité. La quantité disponible est souvent petite. Il est souvent impossible d'acheter ces essences ailleurs.

-/- = Nouveautés et plantes rares, présentes à la pépinière, mais souvent pas encore disponibles pour la vente. Si vous commandez au début de la saison il est possible que nous puissions vous fournir une plante. Nous introduisons des nouvelles variétés regulièrement. Nous préférons publier ces noms le plus vite possible.

DT = Demi-tige, hauteur de la tige 120 cm. Nous utilisons cette abbréviation aussi pour les arbustes nains comme Salix et Euonymus avec une tige de 60/80 cm. La plupart des DT ont une circonference de 5-6 ou 6-8 cm.

HT = Haute-tige, hauteur de la tige 180-200 cm. Circonference 8-10 cm. Pour les tailles plus grandes les prix sont sur demande.

TAILLES

Les tailles sont marquées en centimètres, dépendant du port de la plante, elles marquent la hauteur ou le diamètre.

Nous fournissons une belle plante, saine et bien formée, dans le cas ou la taille n'est pas indiquée.

Bien entendu , il n'est pas possible d'avoir en stock toutes les articles dans tous les tailles. Si l'article dans une certaine taille n'est pas en stock et bien dans une autre taille nous fournissons cette taille.

REMPLACEMENTS

De temps à temps il passe qu'une certaine variété n'est plus disponible. Souvent nous pouvons remplacer cette variété par une autre, qui ne diffère guère. Si vous ne désirez aucun remplacement veuillez le marquer clairement lors de votre commande.

RUSTICITE

Nous ne pouvons pas vous donner des indications concernant la rusticité de nos plantes, vu le fait que nos clients habitent dans presque tous les pays européens. Les conditions climatologiques sont trop différents.

LISTE D'ATTENTE

Nous pouvons placer les plantes non disponibles sur une liste d'attente. Notre ordinateur en prendra soin et en temps voulu fera le nécessaire pour que vous obteniez la plante désirée. Veuillez nous faire savoir, ou vous êtes intéressé à ce service.

GARANTIE

Nous vous garantissons l'authenticité de nos plantes, jusqu'au montant de la facture. Nous vous serons gré si vous decrivez les plantes non authentiques; encore mieux: portez-les chez nous afin que nous pouvons donner un coup d'oeil. Nous avons appris pendant beaucoup d'années qu'aussi le client peut bien se tromper en regardant une variété.

Personne ne peut garantir la reprise des plantes, notre pépinière non plus.

Mais nous cherchons toujours une solution avec vous, si vous avez des dégâts vraiment importants.

Par contre, nous ne sommes jamais responsables pour les dégâts provoqués par le gel.

EXPLANATION DES COLONNES

Toutes les plantes, sauf les Rhododendron et les plantes vivaces, sont cataloguée de la même façon. Pour les Rhododendron veuillez consulter les châpitres de Rhododendron et Plantes Vivaces.

Les plantes sont marquées comme suit:

La première ligne porte le nom du genre, en lettres fortes.

2. Le nom de la famille en lettres minces, directement derrière le nom du genre. S'il existe un nom de genre non valable, mais utilisé souvent, ce nom est mentionné.

S'il existe de bonne litérature sur le genre, elle est mentionnée après le nom de la famille avec le prix.

A la ligne suivante vous trouvez quelques cararctéristiques , applicables au genre. Ce sont toujours des caractères génerales du genre.

Les variétés individuelles sont citées après. Chaque ligne d'une variété est composée de plusieurs colonnes.

Colonne 1: Le nom de la variété. Toujours imprimé en lettres grasses. S'il y existe un synonyme, encore utilisé fréquemment, ce nom est donné en crochets.

Colonne 2: Quelques caractéristiques. Ici nous donnons quelques qualités de la plante, comme la couleur des fleurs, époque de floraison, le nom populaire en hollandais, etcetera.

Colonne 3: La disponibilité. Cette colonne ne contient rien ou l'abbréviation B/L ou -/-. B/L veut dire qu'il n'y a que peu de plantes en stock, -/- veut dire que ces plantes ne sont que rarement disponible

Colonne 4; La taille. La taille des plantes est exprimée en cm au moment de la livraison. Nous mesurons les plantes selon la forme de croissance de la plante concernante, cela veut dire dans leur hauteur ou largeur. S'il n'y a pas de taille, ou seulement 'pot', la taille n'est pas importante pour fixer le prix de vente de la plante.

Colonne 5: Le prix. Le prix est fixé pour la plante unitaire, jusqu'à 4 pièces par variété, hors TVA. Les prix pour les quantités plus grandes que 4 pièces, veuillez voir ci-dessous.
